My passion for life brings me to all sorts of destinations. Whether I am providing leadership, guidance, protection, and advocacy for my clients or taking some “me time,” life is an amazing journey.

Although I wasn’t one of those who chose a profession early on, almost every position I have chosen in my working career has been oriented towards helping and supporting others. Now that I have found my “calling,” I know every day has been leading up to this special path.

My journey into real estate started some time ago. From about 2004-2006, we pooled our resources together with a couple of friends and did some fix and flips, lease options, and rentals. It was a great time to make money and I am so grateful for the experience. As such, I am happy to offer guidance and insight when working with investors.

It is invigorating to work with first time home buyers and to help them purchase their very first special castle. I take pride in creating an experience that has them smiling and excited all the way through the journey, not looking like they just got off a roller coaster, eyes wide, with a wind-blown, unkept look about their hair.

Learning is a favorite past time of mine. As such, I’ve taken my Realtor education very seriously. Since getting my license in 2010, I’ve earned my GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute through the National Association of Realtors), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), MCNE (Master’s Certified Negotiation Expert), and AHWD (At Home With Diversity, cultural sensitivity specialization).

Thank you for taking the time to learn just a bit about me. I can’t wait to learn more about you!

Nickname: In Junior High School my nickname had the initials PB. (You’ll never guess, even in a million years.)

Favorite Quote:  Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts. – Winton Churchill

When I’m not Real Estate Consulting: I’m reading a book, watching Netflix, volunteering, visiting with friends, wine tasting, swimming, riding ATVs, horseback riding, or traveling.

Last meal on Earth: Homemade nachos

Don’t tell anyone else but: I used to be a Preschool teacher. In order to make it more interesting for me, I would create my own weekly curriculum based on the 7 different intelligences.

"Nancy helped us purchase our first home and we could not be more happier. She listened to all of our questions and concerned and handled them with the utmost professionalism. Nancy had to deal with a difficult listing agent / seller and was able to close the deal. She was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely work with her again!"

  -Kris McDonald, Client

"Nancy Wittenberg is an amazing agent to work with. Her warm personality and knowledge of the market made it very easy to find the home I was looking for. This is my 2nd time working with Nancy and purchasing a home thru her and would gladly do it again. Thank you so much Nancy for making this another enjoyable experience."

  -Raymond Gonzales, Client

"Professional, Knowledgeable, Insightful, Available, Helpful! Some highlights: - Detail oriented: Besides giving me an introduction of the process, Nancy prepared a detailed list of action items with the timelines. - Services: Setting up inspections, liaising with title company, insurance companies and mortgage broker. - Fast response: Nancy answered my questions via emails, text messages, with no delay. At the end, with the Nancy's help, this entire process was very smooth and far less stressful! "

  -Weiwen Dai, Client

"Nancy was a pleasure to work with. She listened to what we needed and made sure we got something we liked. During Covid-19 she took precautions by wearing a face mask and bringing hand sanitizer, which made us feel safe. Definitely would work with her again!"

Coldwell Banker Realty

As a licensed REALTOR, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate.  Not all agents are REALTORS, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date training in this ever-changing industry. Here are some of the things I can do for you:

Buy a Home

Together, we'll focus on your needs (have-to have), wants (prefer to have), price (we won't see homes over a defined amount), and location to focus on the homes that best meet your criteria. We will build trust and open communication beginning from our initial consult, so you can feel confident throughout the journey. I'll show you micro-market stats and you'll know just what to expect in today's real estate market.

Sell a Home

When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise the house, to the neighborhood, city, zip and where prospective buyers are most likely to come from; strategize the best listing price that balances the highest purchase price with the market; negotiate throughout the process - from the purchase contract to how to provide the key at the close of escrow; providing guidance in how to pick the best offer; and handling all necessary paperwork for a smooth transaction. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

My Additional Trainings

Continuing education is critical, especially in this industry. Over the years, I have earned the following designations and certifications:

-GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). This program is through the NAR (National Association of Realtors), the largest trade organization in the US. This is a generalized program at a Master's Degree level.

-ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) This program is also through NAR and is specialized training in being a well-rounded Buyer's Agent.

-CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) The Real Estate Negotiation Institute provided this certification. From understanding my sub-conscious biases when negotiating, to creating skillful communication strategically stated for a defined desired result, this multiple day training was a blast.

-AHWD (At Home With Diversity) This 6-hr course is intended to enhance the understanding of diversity, Fair Housing, and better work with today's increasingly diverse pool of home buyers and sellers.

Thank you for taking the time to read a bit about me. Please reach out to me today at 602-730-2143. I would love to interview for the job of being "Your Dedicated Home Advocate."
